The concise reply is "Yes", but this needs to be elaborated. Firstly, realise that there are NO FREE WAYS to make cash, nor are there ways to produce FREE cash, whichever way you like to say it! There isn't any method where you pay nothing as well as do nothing, and you earn cash mechanically. With around an hour's effort, you should have banner ads on your web pages or blog like the tall one in the left column on this page.
