"Are there any easy ways to make cash?"

The quick reply is "Yes", but it needs to be elaborated. To start with, understand that there are NO FREE WAYS to make cash, nor are there ways to create FREE cash, however you like to call it! There isn't a system where you pay nothing and do nothing, and you make money mechanically. If there were, a tremendous number of people would be at it and they undoubtedly would not reveal it to anyone else. You will find no on-line philanthropists who wish to "help" anyone else to make cash out of a spirit of good will; They intend merely to help themselves in some manner. To generate income it's essential to spend some of your own money or time or effort, or some combination of these.

That does not imply that you must always pay money for help or ideas to make money. There are more than a few resources of ideas, and even software, that involve no cash payment, but do involve your effort and time to make the ideas work.
