(3) View the "Automated Ads" guidance video tutorials. (4) For those who do not own a web site, get a blog in a few minutes at WordPress.com, and then view the "Automated Ads" WordPress video lesson. The cost? Nothing.

After just about an hour's effort, you should have banner ads on your web pages or blog like the tall one in the left column on this page. Each time anyone arrives at or reloads the page, the banner ad changes at random between the top-selling ClickBank products in the category you chose. (In this case, it was 'E-Business and E-Marketing'.) This random showing is controlled by the "Automated Ads" software, and always displays the most successful products.

There's no telling. You will probably want to go for those affiliate programmes which pay at least 4% on consumer products like TVs and games consoles. Digital goods such as e-books and software could pay 50% or higher! 25% is usual for financial products. Insurance agencies can pay you $5 simply for a name and address, without selling anything at all, and $70 if the prospective client buys an insurance policy. You might be surprised at some of the organizations that run affiliate programs, even huge ones, such as Sony, Sears, Walmart, Argos...

"Is there something else I will need?"

Patience. Don't anticipate results right away. It might need some effort and time from you, but a successful result will happen for certain. The amount of your success is normally dependent on your enthusiam in the early months. Eventually, your business will attain critical mass and start to snowball.
