The short answer is "Yes", but it must be expanded. Firstly, know that there are NO FREE WAYS to generate income, nor are there any ways to make FREE income, however you want to say it! There is no method in which you pay nothing and do nothing, and you generate income robotically. If there were, an enormous number of individuals would be at it and they without doubt would not tell anybody else about it. ClickBank is an affiliate monitoring company that offers only intangible products, that is, products which may be downloaded from the supplier's web page immediately after they have been paid for, like computer software, ebooks, videos, etc. Simply follow these steps: (1) Join up with ClickBank to be an affiliate by clicking on the hyperlink near the top of the column at the left. (It is not required to give a web site URL.) The cost? Nothing. (2) Get the "Automated Ads" lifetime membership by clicking the banner at the top of the column on the right. The cost? Nothing. (3) Look at the "Automated Ads" training video clips. (4) In case you do not have a web page, create a blog in just a few minutes at WordPress.com, and then watch the "Automated Ads" WordPress video clip. The cost? Nothing.

With just about an hour's effort, you should have banner adverts on your web pages or blog like the tall one in the left column on this page. Whenever anyone hits or refreshes the page, the banner advert rotates randomly among the best-selling ClickBank products from the category you selected. (In this case, it was 'E-Business and E-Marketing'.) This random showing is handled by the "Automated Ads" software system, and always shows the most successful products.

The products on the right are also ClickBank items, but they do not change. We have hard-coded them into this page, because we think that one or more of them might be valuable to those who read this article. We've looked at their sales pages, and, based on them, judge them worthwhile to have a look at. We can endorse only those which we use ourselves, which are 'Micro Niche Finder', 'Elite Article Marketing Tools', 'Easy Video Player' and 'Automated Ads'. An important fact to bear in mind is that anything you buy at ClickBank is refundable for the period of the first 60 days. This guarantee is enforced on suppliers by the ClickBank system, whether they like it or not. Your payment will therefore be reimbursed if you don't keep the product.

"How much commission will I be paid?"

There's no hard and fast rule. You'll most likely aim for those affiliate schemes which pay out at least 4% for consumer products such as TV sets and games units. Digital goods such as ebooks and computer software may pay out 50% or higher! 25% is customary for financial products. Insurance agencies can compensate you $5 simply for providing a name and address, without selling anything at all, and $70 if the prospect buys a policy. You might be surprised at some of the businesses that offer affiliate schemes, even giant ones, such as Argos, Sony, Sears, Walmart...

"Is there something else I shall need?"

Persistence. Do not anticipate riches immediately. It might take a little time and effort on your part, but success will happen for sure. The measure of your success will likely be proportional to your effort in the first several weeks. In due course, your enterprise will attain critical mass and begin to snowball.
