Can I make money writing articles (I'm 16)?
Is there any way I can write articles etc. and sell them for small local magazines or papers, or to other places? Do I have to go to school in order to, I guess, freelance write? I have no experience in any other job. I just thought that it would be a really good way to earn money since I love writing, and I could combine my hobby with a paying job instead of working at McDonald's . Thanks.

How can a teen under 18 years old make money writing articles online?
Hi I am under 18 and I am a great writer of both fiction and articles game reviews, book reviews, MMO's, etc. I was looking around online, and I found some great looking websites that pay you to write mostly freelance, some with an editor. The only problem is that most of these sites require you to be 18 years old.Can anyone suggest any GOOD websites that I can write for with or without parental permission needed? "Are there easy ways to make income?"

The short answer is "Yes", but this must be explained. First, recognize that there are NO FREE WAYS to make money, nor are there ways to create FREE cash, whichever way you prefer to say it! There isn't a method in which you pay nothing and do nothing, and you earn cash automatically. If there were, a huge number of individuals would be at it and they certainly would not show it to anybody else. You will find no on-line generous souls who want to "assist" you to make money because they're feeling generous; They intend merely to help themselves in some way. To make money you need to expend some of your own funds or time or effort, or some permutation of these.

That does not mean that you need always pay out cash for help or ideas to make money. Once they have accepted you, go to their 'banners' or 'creatives' section and select a suitable banner. Copy the banner code and paste this into your web pages wherever you desire the banner to appear. Done! Now, when a visitor clicks on the banner and buys a product or service, you'll be awarded a fee.

If that is too tiresome for you, there does exist, fortunately, a quicker way. Join some of the "affiliate tracking websites". These are organisations that conduct the affiliate sales tracking and fee disbursements for a large number of businesses. You will be able to pick and choose the suppliers that interest you from their inventory. They also e-mail you each time a new business joins their system. This spares you the time spent on looking for suppliers, but the banner work still needs to be done. Some affiliate tracking web sites are AffiliateFuture.co.uk, ShareASale.com, LinkShare.com, WebGains.com, CommissionJunction.com, AffiliateWindow.com, LinkConnector.com, Buy.at.

If you find all that too arduous to try and do, there's an even simpler and quicker method. In truth, it's almost certainly impossible to find a process for earning money simpler and quicker to set up than ClickBank + "Automated Ads". ClickBank is an affiliate tracking company that handles only intangible products, specifically, products that may be downloaded through the supplier's website instantly as soon as they have been purchased, for example, computer software, e-books, videos, etc. Simply follow this procedure: (1) Join ClickBank as an affiliate by clicking the hyperlink near the top of the column at the left. (It's not required to give a website address.) The cost? Nothing. (2) Join up for the "Automated Ads" life membership by clicking on the banner at the top of the column at the right. The cost? Nothing. (3) View the "Automated Ads" training videos. (4) If you don't own a web page, create a blog in a couple of minutes at WordPress.com, and then view the "Automated Ads" WordPress video lesson. The cost? Nothing.

With about an hour's work, you should have banner adverts on your web pages or blog like the tall one in the left column on this page. Any time a visitor visits or refreshes the page, the banner advertisement changes at random among the most successful ClickBank products from the category you chose. (In this case, it was 'E-Business and E-Marketing'.) This random showing is handled by the "Automated Ads" software, and always shows the most successful products.

The products on the right are also ClickBank items, but they do not change. We have hard-coded them into this page, because we believe that some of them can be of use to those who read this article. We've read their sales pages, and, at face value, judge them worthwhile to have a look at. We can vouch for only those which we use ourselves, which are 'Micro Niche Finder', 'Elite Article Marketing Tools', 'Easy Video Player' and 'Automated Ads'. These software tools are a huge advantage if you are serious about earning substantial cash in Internet marketing.

When you are set up, either with your web page or WordPress blog, you will need to draw visitors to it. In Internet marketing, visitors are known (rather discourteously) as "traffic". An important fact to bear in mind is that anything you purchase at ClickBank is refundable during the first 60 days. This guarantee is imposed on merchants by the ClickBank system, whether they like it or not. Your money will therefore be refunded if you don't keep the product.

"What commission will I be paid?"

It depends according to the type of product. You'll most likely want to associate with those affiliate schemes that pay out a minimum of 4% for consumer products like TVs and games consoles. Intangible goods such as e-books and computer software could pay 50% or higher! 25% is customary for financial products. Insurance companies could give you $5 simply for sending a sales lead, without selling anything, and $70 if the prospective customer purchases an insurance policy. You might be surprised at some of the organisations that offer affiliate programmes, even giant ones, such as Sears, Argos, Walmart, Sony...

"What else shall I require?"

Persistence. Don't anticipate miracles overnight. It could take a little effort and time at your end, but results will happen for sure. The measure of your success is usually dependent on your input in the first several weeks. Eventually, your business will achieve critical mass and start to snowball. From that moment it will probably be not easy to stop the money rolling into your bank account. Enjoy yourself!
