The short reply is "Yes", but this needs to be expanded. Number one, recognise that there are NO FREE WAYS to generate income, nor are there ways to create FREE income, whichever way you prefer to say it! For about an hour's work, you should have banner advertisements on your web pages or blog like the tall one in the left column on this page. Each time anyone arrives at or refreshes the page, the banner ad rotates randomly among the top-selling ClickBank products in the category you selected. (In this case, it was 'E-Business and E-Marketing'.) This random showing is handled by the "Automated Ads" software, and always shows the most successful products.

The products on the right are also ClickBank items, but they do not change. We've hard-coded them into this page, because we suppose that one or more of them can be valuable to those who read this article. We have examined their sales web pages, and, based on them, deem them worthwhile to have a look at. "What commission will I be paid?"

It varies tremendously. You'll very likely want to go for those affiliate schemes that pay out a minimum of 4% on consumer goods such as TVs and games consoles. Intangible goods like e-books and computer software may pay 50% or higher! 25% is frequent for financial products. Insurance companies can compensate you $5 simply for a name and address, without actually selling anything at all, and $70 if the prospective customer buys a policy. You may be surprised at some of the organisations that run affiliate programs, even huge ones, such as Walmart, Argos, Sony, Sears...

"Is there something else I shall need?"

Patience. Do not anticipate miracles right away. It might need some effort and time on your part, but results will happen to you for sure. The measure of your success is usually proportional to your labour in the first months. In due course, your venture will reach critical mass and begin to snowball. From that moment it will be not easy to prevent the cash flooding into your bank account. Good fortune!
